We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with deep curiosity for automation, CRM, and data-driven growth, who knows how to turn ideas into repeatable, high-performance acquisition and retention systems.

This role goes beyond launching campaigns; you'll help engineer the marketing stack that fuels revenue. From Hubspot automation workflows and lifecycle journeys, to lead scoring models, multi-channel automation, and RevOps collaboration you’ll operate where creativity meets data, and where growth becomes measurable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize automation workflows (lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, upsell)

  • Develop lead scoring models to improve Sales alignment and prioritize intent audiences

  • Support RevOps processes (data quality, lifecycle stage definitions, funnel health, routing rules).

  • Improve customer journey touchpoints through triggered emails, behavioural nudges, and personalized flows

  • Work with Product and Sales to ensure CRM workflows reflect accurate offers, lifecycle stages, and business rules

  • Effectively communicate upcoming changes and activities to key company stakeholders

  • Co-create and execute multi-channel marketing plans by segment and product line

  • Own performance for assigned campaigns, including planning, execution, reporting, and P&L

  • Analyze funnel data, attribution insights, and cohort metrics to optimize performance

  • Create briefs, coordinate execution, and ensure campaigns launch at quality

  • Manage the marketing calendar (promotions, product launches, brand campaigns)

  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends across acquisition, retention, and automation

Desired qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/integrated marketing, preferably in tech / data-driven industries

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, MailKit, or similar tools).

  • Solid understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurturing flows, segmentation, and customer journeys

  • Comfortable with analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, data dashboards, KPI tracking)

  • Ability to structure campaigns, write clear briefs, and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Dev

  • Experience with strategy planning, budgeting, calendars, and iterative optimization

  • English proficiency and Slovak or Czech native speaker
