We develop smart and automated delivery solutions for foreign e-commerce platforms for our clients and partners in more than 70 countries. We have long-term cooperation with brands such as iHERB, ANSWEAR, NOTINO or the LPP group (RESERVED, HOUSE, SINSAY…).
We are currently expanding our team in Prague and are looking for a partner to help us take care of our business clients.
This is not a classic call center. We are looking for someone to join our newly formed team who can talk to people, listen to the changing needs of the business, and is not afraid to take responsibility into their own hands.
What awaits you with us?
You will be the main contact person for our business partners and clients
You will help resolve complaints and inquiries, always with empathy and a willingness to find the best solution
You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams at home and abroad
You'll be working with data, tracking shipments, and finding ways to improve things.

How do you know that we are looking for you?
You have experience in customer service (ideally logistics, e-commerce, transport)
You know how to deal with people, and communication is your strong point
You speak Czech perfectly and can handle a normal work conversation in English.
You don't get overwhelmed by multiple tasks at once and a dynamic environment; it actually gets you going.
What do we offer?
Salary 37,500 - 40,000CZK per month + bonuses
