What Will you be doing:

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the quality and direction of our projects. Here's what you can expect your day-to-day to look like:

Conducting thorough code reviews for our ongoing projects, ensuring high standards and best practices are met.
Providing valuable advice and suggestions in areas that need improvement, contributing your expertise to enhance our development process.
Identifying specific areas where our development can be even better, proactively seeking opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Collaborating closely with our developers to implement the best practices and optimizations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentoring and guiding junior developers to help them grow their Flutter skills and reach their full potential.
Given that we're part of an international team, English is a must-have for effective communication and collaboration.

What will you bring:

To excel in this role, you'll bring a robust set of technical skills and a collaborative mindset:

Detailed knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. You're not just familiar with it; you understand its nuances and can leverage its full potential.
