Interim Event Manager (P-time)

Trezor, a leading innovator in the cryptocurrency hardware wallet industry, is dedicating to securing digital assets without compromising convenience and user experience. Our focus is to empower individuals to take complete control of their digital currencies by providing a seamless and secure way of handling them.

The Interim Event Manager will step into an already active event planning process, taking over key responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of a high-profile event by the end of 2025. The foundation has been laid — venue booked, key concepts outlined — and now we’re looking for someone who can bring the final stages together and make the event outstanding. The role starts at 5 hours/week, increasing up to 15 hours/week closer to the event.

👉 What you’ll do:

• Take over an in-progress event project happening mid-October 2025 and ensure smooth continuation toward the given deadline
• Work 5 hours/week initially, scaling up to 15+ hours/week as the event approaches
• Lead vendor coordination, including follow-up with pre-selected venue, production teams, and other contractors
• Maintain and update the existing event timeline, checklist, and action plan
• Track the predefined event budget and adjust allocations as needed
• Oversee event execution on the day, handling logistics and team coordination
• Conduct a post-event review, collecting feedback and insights for future improvements

• Proven experience managing events, specifically conference style, preferably stepping into fast-moving projects
• Brings creative ideas and fresh angles to enhance the event experience
• Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), with strong communication and decision-making skills
