Copywriter for FaceUp 💙 = Startup with Social Impact

We are FaceUp, the number one online tool for anyone who wants to speak up. Since 2017, we've been helping thousands of schools worldwide combat bullying, cyberbullying, and other challenges their students are facing 🌎

Four years ago, we expanded into the corporate world, offering a secure whistleblowing platform for employees to report sensitive issues such as fraud, sexual harassment, or discrimination. FaceUp enables them to address concerns that are often difficult to discuss in person. Today, our corporate product is used by 1,500+ employers in 60 countries, and we are growing rapidly 🚀

We've recently secured new investment that will drive this dynamic growth, focusing on three main areas: team growth 🫶, product feature development and enhancement 💻, and targeted global expansion📍

As our new copywriter, you will be primarily responsible for writing new articles for our blog. Yet ideally, you will also be involved in other initiatives and agendas of our marketing team, such as writing copy for our landing pages and many more. 

🛠️ We picture you as someone who

• Has exceptional writing skills in English
• Can create engaging and insightful articles while keeping our business goals in mind
• Knows how to research a topic
• Is familiar with basic copywriting frameworks and rules
• Enjoys a little bit of analysis, works systematically and effectively with keywords for optimal performance

🙌 What else could come in handy?

• Experience with different formats, such as articles, microcopy, website copy, newsletters
• Interest in topics in HR (legal, compliance, cultural point of view), speak-up culture, employee relations, psychological safety, workplace environment and other related areas
• E2E mindset – you can repurpose the original content for different formats and channels 

📚 What else should you know?

• You will cooperate the closest with our SEO Manager Kristýna Štadlerová, and therefore, SEO and keywords should be your best friends.
• Your primary responsibility will be our blog, but you will also work on content for landing pages, website, newsletters, and SoMe posts regarding the articles you create. 
• Experience with any CMS is a plus (we use STRAPI).
