Scrum Master - Product R&D Team

  About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master (consultant) to support our international Product R&D teams (15–20 engineers, up to 3 squads). You’ll guide teams on their agile journey, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous delivery. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and mutual agreement.

  Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams in Scrum adoption and agile mindset
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and enable smooth, value-driven delivery
• Foster psychological safety, inclusion, and team wellbeing
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads on backlog, planning, and team performance

  What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in product development
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean principles
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with distributed, multicultural teams
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro; DevOps knowledge a plus

  Nice to Have

• CSM/PSM or Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe)
• Background in startup or high-growth product teams
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD)
