Who are we looking for?

Join our Content team and become the authentic voice of our eight SaaS products, with more on the way. You’ll dive into online conversations, craft engaging social posts, manage community discussions, and get hands-on with our AI-driven content & marketing automations.

Must haves

  • 1+ year in any mix of community management, social media, content writing/editing, SEO, or growth marketing for a SaaS product (= SaaS experience is must have).
  • Confident written English, being able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging conversations.
  • Data-curious mindset, keen to experiment with different strategies and iterate based on results.
  • Self-starter who owns tasks independently yet enjoys working with other specialists and departments.

Nice-to-have

  • Technical background and a solid understanding of related topics.
  • Proven skill in handling public communication or light PR across social channels.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and tools.
  • Experience with publishing articles using WordPress, Webflow, or Hubspot.

Responsibilities (what will be your duties?)

  • Monitor and engage in public discussions (including Reddit, Quora, social media, review sites, and more) for all brands.
  • Use AI automation to plan & publish original posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, tailored to each product’s voice and campaign calendar.
  • Produce valuable content that leverages the latest technologies and best practices, working closely with AI tools and our senior editor.
  • Proofread & polish blog posts, emails, and landing pages so they delight humans, search engines, and LLMs alike.
  • Collaborate with our senior copywriter, SEO specialists, and designers, or work on your own tasks, building our online presence across public forums and discussions.
  • Track key metrics, share insights, and propose smart experiments or ideas.

Our interview process

  1. Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile, plus any portfolio links or samples you’re proud of.
  2. Prescreening call (15-20 min) with our HR team to align expectations.
  3. Case study: reply to real online discussions and community questions + a micro-editing task.
  4. Interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into technical topics and go over the role and its responsibilities.
