Product Manager
Are you passionate about shaping the future of in-store payments and financing? We are looking for a Product Manager - focus on In-Store Payments & Checkout process to drive the strategy and execution of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions within physical retail environments.
- Develop & Execute Product Strategy – build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for in-store BNPL solutions, aligning with business goals.
- Enhance Merchant & Consumer Experience – optimize the in-store BNPL journey, ensuring a frictionless and engaging experience.
- Drive Partnerships & Integration – manage relationships with payment processors, POS system providers, and key partners. Oversee the seamless integration of BNPL solutions into retail environments and explore new technologies for in-store financing.
- Analyze Performance & Optimize – track key KPIs like merchant adoption, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction. Leverage data insights to refine product offerings and drive growth.
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Work with legal and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and data privacy protection in all BNPL transactions.

Requirements:
- Experience in Product Management within payments, fintech, or consumer lending.
- Strong understanding of retail payment ecosystems, POS integrations, and in-store financing models.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to consumer lending and payment processing.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Understanding of APIs and how they are used to integrate systems.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and other retail technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from launch to widespread adoption – is in advantage.
- Czech at native speaker level; English at a min. B2 level.
