As our Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that build our product. You'll create a great hiring experience from first message to final offer.
👩🏽💻 What you’ll do
- Hunt for talent across LinkedIn, niche job boards, online communities, and maybe even a few unexpected places. Get creative and think like a scout.
- Craft job posts and outreach messages that don’t sound like every other company out there. Your words will make candidates want to reply.
- Keep our hiring engine running smoothly by managing our ATS and making sure candidate info is always organized and up to date.
- Coordinate interviews like a pro - you’ll be the go-to person making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time.
- Support employer branding efforts (social media, events, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what makes a great hire for each role.
- Help improve our recruitment process and candidate experience.

👤 About you
- You’re an exceptional communicator. Clear, friendly, and professional in both writing and conversation.
- You’re curious about the tech world and excited to learn what roles like developers, designers, or data scientists actually do.
- You’re proactive and don’t wait for directions. You make things happen. If something’s stuck, you don’t hesitate to push it forward. You own your responsibilities and don’t make excuses.
- You stay on top of things. Whether it’s organizing interview calendars or tracking follow-ups, you’ve got an eye for the details.
- You’re eager to grow. Any past experience in HR, recruiting, or admin is a plus, but what matters most is your drive to learn and improve.
- You love the vibe of tech startups.
- Your English is at a C1+ level.
- You spend most of your working days in the office.
