We are looking for a motivated, ambitious person, who is seeking the opportunity to work and professionally grow in a dynamic environment, to help us make our young, fast-growing, innovative software testing consultancy company even more successful.

As a Marketing Communication Expert you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall marketing and communication agenda of the company, including brand building, promotion, and support of all internal and external activities
  • Create and implement the marketing strategy and communication plan (online and offline), including both strategic planning and operational execution
  • Coordinate cooperation and manage communication with all stakeholders involved in marketing activities, both internally and externally (for example PPC expert, promotion products suppliers)
  • Work closely with our Events team, hiring, sales and other internal teams.
  • Understand our customers and their needs, continuously monitor our target markets and customers, propose and implement adjustments based on changing situations
  • Responsible for defining the budget for the marketing agenda, supervision of the budget, its cost effectiveness and its impact on sales results
  • Work with analytical tools (Google analytics, Facebook, Mailchimp,...) and other marketing tools (printed materials...) and make assessments based on them
  • Administrate social media channels, manage PR campaigns and other communication tools and create content for them (adhoc cooperation with marketing and PR agencies if needed)

Must have qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills in Czech and English
  • Proven experience in independently creating and executing marketing and communication plans
  • Hands-on experience with managing marketing channels (e.g. social media, email marketing, websites) and tools (e.g. GA4, Mailchimp, Canva)
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational drive
  •  Ability to plan, create and deliver even under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable and confident working with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
