✨ What You’ll Be Doing
1. Culture & Employee Engagement
Come up with and roll out fun and meaningful ideas to boost team morale and shape our company culture.
Plan and execute all team events, offsites, and office treats (think pizza days, ice cream, etc.).
Be the friendly face everyone turns to when they need help or support.
2. Recruitment & Employee Journey
Own our hiring process from the first “hello” sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the full interview cycle and manage offer negotiations.
Fully own the onboarding process from account setup to company-wide welcome announcements and buddy program.
Handle offboarding when someone leaves (yes, even the bittersweet stuff).
Keep our org chart and HR systems up to date.
3. HR Admin & Support
Keep our performance review system on track managing timelines, tools, and follow-ups.
Research and implement perks and benefits that actually matter to people.
Manage PTO tracking, OOO updates, and keep an eye on availability/overtime.
4. Office & Operations
Be the soul of our office from welcoming visitors to keeping supplies stocked.
Take care of inventory (especially hardware) and keep the return/sign-out process smooth.
Help with errands when needed (yep, occasional post office runs included).
Might even help us scout cool new office spaces when the time comes.
👀 Who We’re Looking For
You're a people person with an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and don’t mind wearing multiple hats.
Previous experience in HR, office or people ops is a big plus but attitude matters more than titles.
You’re fluent in Czech and comfortable communicating in English.
