Your mission 🎯
As a Growth Marketer at Colours, you'll be a key in shaping our clients' success. Your core mission will be to:
- support our clients in identifying and executing growth experiments that drive measurable results
- analyze diverse marketing data to uncover insights and actively contribute to data-driven marketing strategies
- translate business goals into impactful growth initiatives and help optimize customer journeys across various B2C industries.
What else will you be doing 🛠
- continuously seek new ways to improve marketing performance and enhance customer experience for our clients
- collect and analyze marketing data to identify key growth hypotheses and assess their potential impact
- actively participate in brainstorming and executing marketing experiments and campaign optimizations
- gain practical experience with various marketing and analytical platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) and continuously learn new tools and approaches
- ensure smooth and efficient process management for client projects.
Your expertise & experience includes 🎓
We're looking for a B2C Marketing pro ready to make an immediate impact. You should have a soft spot for MarTech and a keen interest in optimizing performance — terms like CRO excite you. Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment, is essential. Experience with Bloomreach CDP is a major advantage, but a sharp, eager mind ready to master it will also make it with us.
What else do you have:
- an analytical mind with the creativity, ask probing questions, and find connections in data (e.g., in Excel/Google Sheets or SQL)
- strong communication skills, particularly for collaborating with and presenting to clients
- a keen interest in marketing, data, and technology, paired with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- excellent command of Czech & English (our clients are international)
