Who are we, and who are we looking for?

We are Iguana Technology, a small startup company based in Prague, specializing in long-term projects from all around the world. Three high school friends founded us with a passion for tech and innovation. We pride ourselves on fast delivery, agility, and the ownership we have for each project as individuals.

We are looking for a junior to mid-level .NET developer to join our team!

What will be the scope of your work?

You’ll get the chance to work on exciting projects for both Czech and international clients. Your daily work will involve:

Helping develop and maintain web applications using technologies like ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, and Docker
Adding new features, maintaining existing ones, and bug fixing
Learning from and collaborating closely with an experienced team (Product owner, 2 senior backend developers, 2 frontend developers and QA)

What are we looking for?

Someone with 1-2 years of experience (or strong personal projects). Ideally, with technical education or completed courses, and willing to show us some of your projects.
Great communication skills, responsibility, and positive attitude toward teamwork
Eagerness to learn and grow with support from a Team Leader and experienced colleagues
Availability to work full-time and come to our Prague 5 (Smíchov) office 2-3 times a week
A minimum level of English that allows you to communicate actively (both written and spoken), and excellent Czech language
