Product Manager for FaceUp 💙 = Scale-up with Social Impact

Over the last five years, we've expanded into the corporate sector with a secure whistleblowing platform, empowering employees to report issues like fraud, harassment, or discrimination. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Prague team. If you're passionate about solving real customer problems, collaborating across teams, and building innovative, data-driven solutions — we’d love to hear from you!
🚀 Your FaceUp mission:
- Understand our business vision and product strategy.
- Be the voice of our customers — empathize with their needs and advocate for meaningful solutions.
- Communicate effectively the “why” behind user needs.
- Analyze complex problems, break them into actionable steps, and craft clear roadmaps.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
- Manage product risks, such as technical dependencies, resource constraints, and market shifts, and work with the team to mitigate these risks. Prioritize work based on impact and effort.
- Own and refine the product backlog, making informed trade-offs.
- Take end-to-end ownership of key product areas — from discovery through delivery.
🛠️ What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage products end-to-end — from discovery to launch.
- Experience conducting generative research (interviews, data analysis) to uncover user needs and trends.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to inform decisions.
- Strong goal-setting and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical partners. You will be talking to everyone - from potential customers and end-users, through technical and customer-facing teams, to leadership.
- Ability to work in fast-paced scale-up environment, to balance long-term strategy with short-term impact.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a “get things done” mindset.
- Fluent in English (Czech is a strong plus).
🤝 What else could come in handy?
- Experience working with remote teams and building strong collaboration.
- Familiarity with enterprise customers and their needs — especially in compliance, whistleblowing, HR, or governance.
- Background in fast-growing startup or global products.

- You will be reporting to Kateřina, our Head of Product, who is looking for a strong product partner.
- You will be in touch with founders, David and Honza, and be able to shape the product direction and vision.
