Product Manager - Depositions by Filevine (Back Office)
About this Role
We’re launching an exciting new venture within Filevine to transform how attorneys schedule, staff, and participate in depositions. Our mission is to streamline the entire deposition lifecycle — from setup to transcript — using cutting-edge technology.
Recently, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring a platform that simplifies deposition scheduling and staffing for our clients. At the heart of this platform is our internal Back Office product — a powerful operations hub that enables our team to manage every aspect of the deposition experience: staffing providers, generating invoices, delivering transcripts and exhibits, maintaining client communication, etc.
As we prepare to significantly scale the number of depositions we support, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge in evolving our Back Office product. Your mission: build smarter, more scalable workflows that empower our internal operations team to handle growing demand efficiently — without needing to scale headcount at the same rate.
You'll partner closely with a newly formed development team based in Europe, dedicated to Back Office improvements. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal tech, operations, and product strategy, shaping the infrastructure that supports thousands of high-stakes legal proceedings
