We're building AI automation software that does two things:
- Tells companies what they can automate
- Automates it
Our app securely collects data about the manual work people do, recognizes recurring processes and recommends (and later will also build) automations tailored to those processes.

Your Job
- Immediate delivery
- Package the product we've already built to deliver for our waiting customers
- Stabilize the product for short-term delivery
- Build out the product
- Finish our Windows data collection agent
- Build a MacOS data collection agent
- Improve our core analytics engine to accurately identify recurring processes
- Build integrations with automation tools
- Keep developing our data security engine (e.g. PII, pseudonymization, local deployment)
- Be a (technical) leader
- Take full ownership of and drive the technical side of things
- Talk to users alongside the CEO
- Pick the best way to build the product and help develop a roadmap
- Help align our tech and business objectives
- Help drive the strategic direction of the company
- Talk to investors
- Manage others
- Oversee engineering and data science contractors, make sure we ship fast
- Manage and mentor other technical employees
Your Skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Bring clarity to fuzzy problems
- Comfortable with infrastructure and full-stack development
- Built, broken, fixed and shipped real software for real people before
- Used LLMs to build and deploy things used in production
- Ship fast and use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, etc.

- You're ambitious, extremely driven and don't want to spend your life in a 9-5 job
- You're a driver (not a passenger), you don't wait for permission
- You want to be on the executive team
- You can be a leader and can bring people together
- You hold yourself and others up to a high moral standard and always act with integrity
