We’re Webscope.io , a software agency based in Brno and Prague. Our core focus is helping companies modernize outdated systems through full-stack development and UX/UI design. We collaborate with clients across the globe, with a strong presence in the Nordic region and the USA.

Position Description

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Webscope design team. As a experienced UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible not just for creating innovative and user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications, both for our clients and our internal projects, but also lead our design department forward.

Our company is built on people, especially people with ownership - competent enough to take responsibility, drive projects, be aware of dependencies and overcome obstacles. We offer support and consult, but try to stay away from micromanagement.

We prefer long-term collaborations with clients so we have the time to refine every detail and bring projects to perfection. By the same logic we are looking for a long term member of our design team on-site in Brno offices, that can help us expand it further.

In addition to client projects, we also work on internal projects, which you are welcome to join. If you already have ideas for your projects, we’d love to hear about them. If we like them, we’ll talk about how to bring them to life together.

Requirements

Experience with Figma (Variables, Auto-layout, etc.)
English - working proficiency(most of our clients are international)
Wireframing and Prototyping
Knowledge of design systems
Understanding of UX practices
Familiarity with the principles of graphic design and typography
Awareness of current design trends
Interest in advancing design within AI tools (Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, v0.dev, etc.)
Willingness to learn and bring new ideas
Independence and responsibility - ownership
Ability to present your work and ideate/communicate directly with clients
Openness to feedback

What’s a Plus?

Knowledge of motion design (Adobe After Effects, Rive, etc.)
Experience with branding
Ability to create custom illustrations and icons
Conceptual understanding of front-end development, best practices (e.g. a11y) and its limitations
