Right now, we’re looking for a Tech Researcher / AI Scout — someone who enjoys diving into new technologies, playing with AI tools, and turning research into real product insight.

You’ll explore what’s next in AI, test feasibility of ideas, scout early-stage projects and founders, and help us make better decisions when it comes to building or investing in tech products.

What you’ll do:

Scout new technologies, especially in AI – test tools, run small demos, and give fast feedback on what’s real and what’s hype.
Actively look for promising founders, teams, and early-stage projects – help identify who’s building interesting things and where new opportunities might emerge.
Evaluate technical feasibility of product ideas across our portfolio and new ventures.
Turn academic insights (papers, open-source repos, demos) into actionable learnings.
Help connect tech trends with business opportunities and share your findings with our team.
Talk to founders and product builders to understand their technical needs and provide support.

We’re looking for:

A strong curiosity about how things work and a desire to get your hands dirty.
Solid programming skills (Python preferred, but language isn’t everything).
Ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks (especially AI-related).
A product-aware mindset – you're not just playing with tech, you're thinking how it can solve real problems.
Strong communication skills – both written and in conversation with non-tech people.
A "scout instinct" – you're curious about people, ideas, and patterns, and you enjoy tracking them down.

Nice to have:

Experience working with or building digital products.
Understanding of LLMs, APIs, or open-source AI stacks.
Previous experience with early-stage teams, venture scouting, or experimentation.
