We’re scaling aggressively and looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Prague-based marketing team. You’ll play a critical role in building the infrastructure that fuels our pipeline growth — from campaign performance tracking to process optimization and martech integration. 

This role is ideal for someone who lives in HubSpot, knows how to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, data-driven organization. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and optimize our marketing tech stack, with an emphasis on HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, scoring, routing, segmentation).
  • Maintain data integrity across marketing and sales systems (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Build, manage, and maintain marketing team dashboards and performance reports to track pipeline influence and attribution.
  • Maintain lead/contact lifecycle processes, routing rules, and ongoing updates.
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales to ensure alignment on handoffs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Support campaign execution with technical setup (UTMs, landing pages, tracking pixels, integrations) 
  • Enforce governance around data privacy, field standardization, and compliance 
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for team meetings, webinars, and internal projects. 
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Monitor and maintain the marketing automation platform, including managing integrations with other tools and ensuring data cleanliness. 

Your Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher). 
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certified (required). 
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and attribution modeling.
  • Minimum 2 years in building and deploying automated workflow functions. 
  • Experience with email marketing, landing page design, and lead nurturing campaigns. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience building reports in HubSpot or BI tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) 
  • Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for data compliance 
  • Basic HTML or scripting knowledge for email/landing page troubleshooting 
  • Familiarity with AI (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Gemini, Sora, etc.) 
  • Previous experience in an international environment or tech company is a plus.
