What You’ll Do

As a BI/DWH Consultant at DataSentics, you'll be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. Together with you, we want to utilize generative AI models to accelerate migrations of old-school DWHs like SAP BW, Oracle or Teradata into modern cloud-first data platforms like Databricks or BigQuery.

You’ll analyze and migrate data at scale, design data models, transform and optimize data for reporting and self-service analytics, and collaborate on building intuitive dashboards using
Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Our Projects & Technology Stack

We work on real-world challenges across diverse industries like banking, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce, using a wide range of customer data sources, including SAP ERP data, traditional warehouses, application data as well as IoT sensors, and marketing and web analytics.
Tools/tech we use: Databricks, Python, Power BI, DBT, SQL. We deploy on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
How we work: Small, focused teams (2-5 people), agile workflows, and strong collaboration between engineers, analysts, scientists, and PMs.
Remote-first culture: Work where you're the most productive, at home, in the office, or a mix of both. We're remote-first, with optional office spaces in Prague (near Muzeum metro) and Brno (ImpactHub) available whenever you need them.
Flexible working: Part-time roles available starting at 30 hours/week.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with preparing data for business intelligence or complex analytics.
Data modeling expertise.
Experience with at least one modern BI tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Basic Python skills.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is considered an advantage.
Experience with Google BigQuery is an advantage.
Previous hands-on experience working SAP/SAP S/4 HANA or SAP BW data is an advantage.
Interest in optimizing data for data pipelines with large datasets.
A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from and contribute to a skilled team.
