Full-time | Prague or Brno | People & Culture
To support our growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team as we continue to scale our software business. To succeed in this role, you should feel comfortable handling multiple roles across departments, communicating with hiring managers, and adjusting your approach based on the specifics of each position. If you’re organized, proactive, and care about providing a positive candidate experience, we’d be happy to meet you.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments such as Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing in our global locations. We’re a team of over 100 colleagues based in Brno, Prague, Bogotá, the U.S., and working across multiple time zones, which occasionally means scheduling interviews or meetings outside of standard working hours.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, such as leading role kickoffs, defining candidate profiles, and supporting them in making informed decisions.
- Create compelling job postings and ensure they are published across relevant job boards, our career site, and social media channels.
- Actively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, talent databases, and professional networks to build strong pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and interviews, focusing on skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics, maintain clear communication, and ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and HR marketing by contributing to recruitment events, social media content, and initiatives that position our company as a great place to work.
Requirements
- You have about 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on R&D or technical roles. Previous in-house experience or experience in a growing start-up or small company is a big plus.
- You’re skilled in active sourcing and familiar with best practices for engaging candidates. You can be creative and persistent when it comes to finding the right candidates.
- You have a can-do attitude, care deeply about creating a positive candidate experience, and are open to recruitment-related projects that make our work more efficient.
- You’re fluent in Czech and English, conducting interviews in both doesn’t faze you.
- You’re based in Brno or Prague and open to a hybrid work setup, allowing for regular in-person collaboration at our offices.
What Can You Expect From Safetica
- Work/life balance - we have an unlimited vacation, 3 sick days, 2 volunteering days, flexible working hours and shorter workweek (37,5 hours).
- Perk-filled workplace - free snacks, drinks, fruits and vegetables, co-financed massages, relax zone with workout equipment and videogames, a small library, or employee referral program.
- Multisport card co-financed by a company and providing access to various fitness facilities for an affordable 500 CZK per month.
- Company mobile tariff with exclusive pricing for personal use, helping you save on your mobile expenses.
- Honest work environment - we give our employees space to talk directly to our management and ask them tough questions. Our roadmap is transparent. Your feedback is always appreciated and welcomed.
- Friendly company culture - yeah, claiming that we are one big family is a cliché, but we like to experience stuff together, be it football, bike rides or board games. We regularly plan events such as company-wide grill parties or humbler occasions like Easter green beer gathering.
