Business Development Manager (OTC Desk, Crypto, B2B)
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard B2B clients (licensed platforms, PSPs, non-EU entities, HNWIs)
- Maintain and grow client relationships across crypto-related verticals
- Coordinate OTC deals (50k–5M EUR) via structured processes (KYC, KYB, rate fixing, settlements)
- Collaborate with compliance and legal for onboarding and transaction structuring
- Represent the company at online events, LinkedIn, and crypto communities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or client acquisition in crypto / payments / forex / B2B sectors
- Existing client network is a must
- Strong understanding of OTC trading and KYC/AML processes
- Fluent English and Czech (C1+); other languages such as Spanish, Polish are a plus
