At Behavio, we’re building incredibly useful tools for brand marketers – and they’re loving them. We’ve hit strong product–market fit, with clients like IKEA, LEGO, and Médecins Sans Frontières.

Now we’re looking for someone to help us find channel–market fit just as strong as we scale internationally. Someone who lives in data, gets obsessed with A/B testing, dives into landing pages, suggests bold tweaks – and tracks what actually moves the needle.

Ideally, you’ve done something similar in a seed or Series A B2B startup. But you might also be a hungry junior – if you’ve been a top performer in whatever you’ve done before.

Either way, we’re after someone driven, analytical, and ambitious. You thrive on numbers, experiments, and taking ownership – and you bring a business-first mindset to everything you do.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (mainly on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google) across markets. 

  • Enhance SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth (working with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SurferSEO, Ahrefs or Semrush…) 
  • Bring initiative to our analytics and reporting (campaign performance, attribution, and web metrics). 
  • Work closely with our PPC colleague, and alongside the marketing team (content, social, or creative people) and our growth and automation specialists to scale and optimize performance marketing activities.
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation (email sequences, lead nurturing, lead scoring, HubSpot workflows, Zapier integrations). 
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize our website and landing pages.
  • Constantly seek smart growth hacks to boost traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
  • Save (your time) time, reduce workload, and cut costs by implementing smart automation solutions.
  • Stay ahead of AI and automation trends, sharing key insights internally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and align marketing strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Junior – A proven top performer in any area (sports, work, side hustle, etc.).

  • Senior – Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and analytics, with a strong track record (even from your own projects, freelancing, or internships).

  • Well-oriented, comfortable with AI tools for analytics and automation.
  • Fluent in English – our team works internationally.
  • Business mindset – you prioritize based on real impact, efficiency, and cost.
  • Ambitious – ready to manage big budgets and drive serious results.
  • Analytical – able to turn data into clear actions
  • Go-getter – always looking to improve, test, and move fast.
  • CZ-based (remote-friendly, but ideally with weekly office time).
  • Practical problem solver – you don’t ask why not, you figure out how.
  • Team player – collaborative, but able to own and drive your projects.
