Graphic Designer for Knihobot/Bookbot

🎨 Do you know the difference between graphics that just look nice and graphics that build a brand? If your answer is yes, maybe we are looking for you!

Knihobot/Bookbot is an online platform that gives books a second life. Every day we sell over 20,000 books and a similar number arrives to us. We operate in 7 countries, have sold over 5 million books, and continue to grow.

To stay consistent, memorable, and visually strong, we are looking for a graphic designer who will help us take the brand to the next level.

🖍 What will you be doing?

• Creating visuals for communication campaigns, web, stores, and more creative formats - like merch or one-off projects that help the brand stand out.
• Collaborating with the team - you will be in contact with brand specialists, copywriters, illustrators, and content creators.
• Working with the brand’s visual style and helping to develop it further - maintaining the visual line but boldly pushing it forward.
• Coming up with your own ideas that enrich our visual world and give the brand a new dimension.
• Collaborating on building a design system and unifying the brand’s visual language across all our markets.

✨ What do we expect?

• You have visuals in your portfolio that appeared on Instagram or in print advertising.
• You can create graphics that carry the main message clearly at first glance.
• You can handle assignments and transform them into outputs that communicate and strengthen the brand.
• You help to consistently maintain and further develop the brand’s visual language.
• You enjoy refining details and finding ways to make even DIY visuals beautiful.
• You know how to collaborate with a team that will sometimes have an opinion how you should do your things - but together we create things we are proud of.

🧰 What skills do you need and want to master?

• Figma – the main tool for web, banners, product visuals, shared moodboards, and design systems.
• Adobe – mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. After Effects is a plus.
• AI tools – we are not afraid to try, test, and use them as accelerators or inspiration.

You will also work with Bloomreach, Notion, and Slack, but we’ll happily teach you those.

• Salary range: 37 000 - 67 000 CZK depending on experience and contract type.
