Sales Operations Specialist
Help our sales team operate at full potential. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team in their day-to-day agenda and long-term goals.
What Will You Do?
Support the sales team by maintaining up-to-date sales materials (pricelists, offer documents, etc.).
Run administrative tasks throughout the sales process (contracting, due diligence).
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting, including setting quotas and goals, managing payments, and commissions.
Organize data and generate insights to enhance the sales team’s productivity and efficacy.
Coordinate, monitor, and manage all incoming sales leads to ensure clean, accurate data in CRM.
We Are a Good Fit If You…
- Have previous experience in sales operations, with strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
Speak English fluently – you’ll communicate with colleagues and international clients all over the world via video calls.
Are an excellent Czech speaker - you’ll work closely with our internal team.
Are detail-oriented and seek order in daily tasks.
Enjoy working with numbers and have strong analytical skills.
Enjoy being a supportive team player with a people-first approach to collaboration.
Bonus Items:
Experience in the IT, SaaS, or B2B environments.
Working knowledge of an additional language.
Which Tools Should You Know?
G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
CRM tools. You will use and manage CRM systems to support the sales team and ensure compliance.
Microsoft Excel. You will work with data on a daily basis.
