What Will You Do?

  • Support the sales team by presenting our products to existing and prospective clients, delivering technical demonstrations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Tailor your presentations to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds.

  • Understand client needs by listening to their technical requests and providing detailed, clear answers in proposals. Respond to inquiries related to product design, architecture, security, and implementation.

  • Advise clients on how our solutions fit into their architecture and projects, providing guidance on implementation using industry best practices.

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance, ensuring the team is equipped with the knowledge to communicate product benefits effectively.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to address product-related issues, share feedback, and suggest improvements based on client insights.

  • Support project managers and other delivery and support colleagues with translations and occasional support in your supported language, ensuring smooth communication during project delivery.

We Are a Good Fit If You…

  • Have a technical background with formal education in Information Technology. Your primary role will be to present and sell complex software solutions to technically proficient buyers.

  • Are an excellent French speaker. You’ll be engaging with clients from around the world via video calls.

  • Are fluent in English.

  • Are comfortable working remotely. Most client interactions are held online, so being at ease with remote work and occasional travel is essential.

  • Take personal responsibility and are highly self-organized.

  • Demonstrate a client-focused mindset, with strong analytical thinking, a positive attitude, and an ability to align our products with clients’ needs.

  • Bring experience in the field and have a solid understanding of the business needs in the cybersecurity industry.

Bonus Items

  • Czech/Slovak language skills to communicate with our internal team.

  • Working knowledge of current issues and technologies across the security industry, along with a demonstrable interest in staying up-to-date with technical advancements.

  • A Master’s degree in the Information Technology field.

  • Ideally, at least three years of experience in an IT-related role.

Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.

  • iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
