Account Executive with French

What Will You Do?
Sell our products to banks and financial institutions, primarily in French-speaking markets.
Acquire new clients and expand relationships with prospects in your assigned region.
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Tailor and deliver product presentations and demos to match each client’s specific needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align go-to-market efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain and update your pipeline in the CRM, monitor performance, and provide regular reports.
We Are a Good Fit If You…
Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, cybersecurity, fintech, or banking.
Have a hunter mindset and enjoy acquiring new customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
Speak French fluently (C1+) and have working knowledge of English.
Enjoy building new relationships and have strong communication and presentation skills.
Are proactive, reliable, and self-organized – comfortable managing your own agenda.
Have experience in international environments and are open to occasional travel abroad.
Can work independently, but enjoy collaborating with a supportive team.
Which Tools Should You Know?
G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales engagement tools.
Bonus Items
Czech/Slovak language to communicate with the internal team.
A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation:
Base fee: 60,000 - 90,000 CZK / month based on your experience.
Commission on closed deals with the opportunity to double your base fee.
