YOUR JOB:

• Prompt Design & Engineering:
  Craft, test, and iterate prompts for LLMs that align with specific product use cases and user intent.
• API Integration & Tool Use:
  Work with external LLM APIs such as Amazon Bedrock and incorporate techniques like guardrails, function calling, inference configuration, system prompting etc.
• RAG & Knowledge Integration:
  Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows by integrating LLMs with vector databases and internal knowledge bases to enrich outputs with contextually accurate data.
• Evaluation & Safety:
  Develop evaluation metrics and test scenarios to assess prompt performance, accuracy, and safety. Proactively mitigate hallucinations, bias, and inappropriate responses.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Partner with ML Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, Project Managers, and Product Owners to translate product goals into robust, AI-driven capabilities.

YOUR PROFILE:

Required skills:

• Proven experience designing, testing, and optimizing LLM prompts for real-world applications (OpenAI, Claude, Titan, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLM API usage and orchestration (e.g., Bedrock, LangChain or similar frameworks)
• Understanding of RAG concepts and how to connect LLMs to external data sources using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• Understanding of Responsible AI, including prompt safety, fairness, compliance, and hallucination mitigation
• Knowledge of English on professional level, Czech is nice to have.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or other AWS services
• Experience with AI Agents
• Familiarity with Git
• Basic scripting or tooling in Python or TypeScript to support integration with backend/frontend systems
