Are you good at Google Ads – like, actually good? 

Not just clicking buttons, but making accounts perform, scale, and deliver real business results?

We're FORWRD – a performance-driven agency working with clients across Europe. We’re looking for one or two experienced Google Ads specialists to join our team and take ownership of campaigns under the mentorship of one of the top Google Ads experts for the German market – someone who’s scaled accounts across DACH with millions in ad spend and knows the platform inside out. Expect mentoring, high standards, and a lot of learning.

What you’ll get:

• Challenging campaigns with real budgets – no sandbox accounts

• One-on-one guidance from a leading Google Ads strategist in Germany

• A fully remote setup – we don’t care where you’re based

• €3,000–5,000/month after onboarding, depending on performance (you get a share of project revenue)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (e-commerce or lead-gen preferred)

• Fluent English – most of our clients and team communicate in English

• A performance mindset – you know what ROAS, CAC, and LTV mean

• Someone who takes ownership – not someone who waits for instructions

This isn’t a job for someone looking to “get into PPC.” This is for someone ready to run with it.
