We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to help us move to the next level, ensuring a seamless technical experience for the tradespeople, their customers, and our internal team. You will work closely with the founding team to align our technical vision with our business goals, driving innovation and excellence.

Your responsibilities:

Own and lead the end-to-end design of a variety of business initiatives. Prioritising based on customer and business impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clearly define, meticulously design, and efficiently ship new features.
Provide mentorship to junior developers, offering valuable guidance and support that promotes their professional growth and development.
Uphold and advocate for high engineering standards, including code quality, testing, security, and performance.
Drive technical innovation by identifying gaps, improving system architecture, and evaluating emerging technologies to keep our tech stack modern and scalable.
Take an active role in team planning, sprint rituals, and improving engineering processes across the organization.

Your skills and experience:

Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, ideally within a similar domain or industry.
Proficient understanding of server-side scripting languages, preferably Node.js.
Experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
Comfortable documenting technical documents and articulating the challenges, opportunities, advantages, and disadvantages for various and diverse stakeholders.
Experience in a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environment.
High level of ownership - own your systems end-to-end and be comfortable performing incident management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset that can anticipate future needs and growth.
