About us

Product Fruits is a digital adoption platform, providing our users with the ability to create and maintain an interactive layer on top of their web applications with minimal developer involvement. This allows for people who wouldn't usually be able to create content to guide and inform their end-users, typically for the purposes of improving engagement and decreasing churn.

Job description

You will help customers implement Product Fruits into their web applications. For example, on the average day customers could need advice on how to properly configure content, customize its appearance, pass data between Product Fruits and their applications, or use our JavaScript API. You would provide them this support via live chat, email and video calls.

Who are we looking for?

You have excellent English. Most of our customers are outside of the Czech Republic, fluent English is a must. Other languages are a big plus, Czech is welcomed, but not necessary.
You don’t mind communicating with users of various backgrounds (from tech-savvy developers to customer-facing teams w/o any technical knowledge).
You are patient, emphatic and happy to provide advice.
You are a curious person - interested in figuring out how things work, and always looking for a solution, hack or workaround.

Requirements

You should know the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript. With a solid foundation we can help you to learn more.
You know that web browsers have developer toolkits and you're familiar with using them. We can help you learn the details, but it will not work without the basics.
