📝 About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Content Strategist (AI) to lead the development and execution of AI-driven content strategies that drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
This role will focus on leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize content for search engines while maintaining high-quality, user-centric experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, content strategy, and AI-powered content creation, with a proven track record of increasing organic visibility and engagement at scale.

👥 Manager

You will report directly to Juraj Mitošinka, and work closely with Josef Buryan, our Chief Marketing Officer.
Juraj is based in England, and Josef is in Prague. If you're in Prague, you'll have the opportunity to meet with a large part of the marketing team, but it's not a requirement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-driven SEO content strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline content ideation, optimization, and performance tracking.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content.
Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms, AI advancements, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop guidelines and frameworks for AI-assisted content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with SEO standards.
Drive localization strategies to expand content reach across multiple languages and markets.

✏️ Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO strategy, content marketing, and AI-driven content optimization.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI/ML applications in content generation.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO).
Technical SEO knowledge, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights to refine content strategies and improve organic performance.
Experience working in international markets, managing multilingual SEO and localization strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align SEO goals with business objectives.
