About Realpad

Realpad is a customer experience software for real estate developers. We help them sell homes more efficiently and deliver a better experience to buyers. 150+ customers across 12 countries, headquartered in Prague with local teams in Budapest, Lisbon, and Belgrade.

Real estate is a relationship-heavy industry, and our software is complex. That's why we need people who can combine strong communication with technical understanding — not just friendly faces.

What the job actually looks like

This is an A-to-Z client role. You own the full lifecycle of your SMB client portfolio of 40–50 accounts:

  1. You take over from Sales. Once the deal closes, the client is yours.
  2. You implement. You onboard the client, configure the platform for their needs, and run training sessions — sometimes on-site at the client's office.
  3. You monitor and consult. You track client engagement, proactively spot problems, and act as their trusted advisor on how to get the most out of the platform.
  4. You retain and grow. You keep clients happy, identify upsell opportunities, and handle the ad-hoc requests that inevitably come up.

Think of it as a mix of project management and account management, with a strong business focus. You're not just maintaining relationships — you're driving outcomes.

Where and how you work

This is a hybrid role based in Prague — a mix of office, home office, and time in the field visiting clients. You need to be in Prague.

What we're looking for

  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker with strong English (B2+). English is our official company language — we're an international team across multiple countries, so you'll use it daily in internal communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
  • A communicator and relationship builder. Our industry runs on trust. You're someone clients genuinely enjoy working with, and who can manage expectations without overpromising.
  • Technically capable. You don't need to be a developer, but you pick up complex tools fast. You understand how software fits into a client's workflow. Experience with Notion, Excel, Word, or workflow tools like Wflow is a plus. Previous experience implementing a CRM or similar SaaS tool is a big advantage.
  • AI-friendly. We actively use AI in our daily work and expect you to do the same. If you're someone who's already experimenting with AI tools to work smarter — that's a big plus. If AI still feels like something to avoid, this probably isn't the right fit.
  • A project manager at heart. You can juggle multiple clients at different stages — implementation, support, expansion — without dropping the ball.
  • Someone who takes ownership. No one will micromanage you. You get freedom, but that means you need to be the kind of person who runs things proactively, not reactively.

SaaS experience is a plus, but not required. What matters more is that you're someone who genuinely cares about solving problems for clients and can handle the complexity that comes with a technical product in a traditional industry.

What we offer

  • Up to 2 bonuses per year — that's up to 14 salaries annually
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
  • 25 days of paid vacation
  • MacBook
  • Company mobile plan — we'll transfer your number to our operator
  • Multisport card contribution
  • Cool pet-friendly office in the heart of Prague, Na Příkopech
  • Two company retreats per year — the next one is in Portugal this summer

Interested?

We're ambitious, we don't play it safe, and we're building something extremely valuable in an industry that's just getting started with digital. If you want to build a career on that wave — jump in. If not, no hard feelings, but the train is leaving.
