Will you help us keep our space company on course? We save fertilizer for farmers all over Europe, monitor air pollution, and build the largest Czech satellite. You will help us with office management, administration, and completing orders. We expect that you can navigate a large number of tasks, set priorities, and finish what you start.

In your work, you will be most occupied with:

  • Office management
    • Administration, care of contracts, documents, scans and signatures
    • Taking care of the office
    • Preparation of documents for accounting
  • Management support
    • Assistance with preparation and finalization of orders
    • Project management support
    • Organizational work - preparation of meetings, conferences
  • HR
    • Supporting a positive atmosphere in the company
    • Organization of internal company events
    • Organization of interviews with potential candidates
    • Help with organization of evaluation interviews
  • Marketing
    • Preparation of posts on LinkedIn
    • Communication with graphic designers regarding printed materials

How we operate:

  • We use Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, and Slack
  • We work most of the time from the office, partly from home

What you need:

  • Valid EU working permit
  • English B2, Czech B2, other languages are an advantage
  • Open mind, willingness to learn new things

  • Ability to communicate openly, give and recieve feedback
