Support Consultant (Czech/Slovak)
We are looking for a new colleague, who would join our Support Department as a Support Consultant.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the client’s SuccessFactors software is running smoothly through incident and problem resolution as well as through continuous system development.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Resolution of SuccessFactors incidents and problems as well as software development through realization of small changes for our existing clients
- Resolution of requests of the client’s HR department (system configuration according to the change requests)
- Report creation
- Creation and update of the system processes and procedures
- Management of system notifications
- Management of email notifications and documents
- Solution design modification
- Helptext management and documentation maintenance, including configuration of the workbooks
- Set up and cross-check of the system permissions
- Testing of new release features and settings
- Support of the client’s end users by usage of the system through the ticketing system as well as via email or phone
- Understanding of the system configuration
- Understanding of other HR process areas
Qualifications
- You have a basic understanding of the HR processes; in depth orientation in any HR area is an advantage
- You are technology savvy, e.g., you are able to work with XML files
- Microsoft Office is your best friend, you can work with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.) and create nice and clear presentations in PowerPoint
- You have very good communication skills; you can clearly explain and understand also more complex topics and you are not shy to speak in public
- You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
- You learn fast, you are proactive and you come up with new ideas
- You are self-driven - hard work is required in this business
- You are self-motivated and organized and you can work effectively
- You have the ability to work independently as well as on a team
- User or even configuration experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
- German at communicative level is an advantage
