Senior IT Analyst
We’re looking for an experienced IT Analyst who can connect clients, product, sales, and engineering. You’ll bring clarity into complex technical topics, support development and testing, and help us build products that protect millions of digital banking users worldwide.
What Will You Do?
Create and manage product documentation to be used by our developers, testers, and clients alike.
Conduct system analyses based on designs provided by senior colleagues to support smooth development and improved testability of our products.
Participate in gathering and refining client requirements, occasionally shaping them into feature concepts or simple UI suggestions.
Translate business and user needs into structured, understandable specifications.
Occasionally contribute to product interface (UI) design in collaboration with the product team.
Support the sales team in technical product presentations to existing and prospective clients, clearly explaining our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Respond to client inquiries regarding product architecture, functionality, security, and integration.
Consult with clients during the pre-sales phase on how our products fit their use cases.
Provide internal technical training and consultancy to the sales team.
Participate in estimating effort and timelines for upcoming projects.
Who Are We Looking For?
A professional with a deep knowledge of security-related frameworks (e.g., OIDC, OAuth,...).
A structured professional with strong communication skills.
A quick learner who is interested in cybersecurity and isn’t afraid of tackling challenges.
An analyst experienced in IT system analysis, ideally with some exposure to business analysis or product design.
Someone with experience in creating product documentation and technical feature descriptions.
Someone with strong communication and writing skills in both Czech and English.
Someone with solid technical knowledge:
Process design and documentation.
Description and interaction of software components.
Basic UI/UX awareness – ability to understand and describe user workflows
Knowledge of SQL (optional).
API design using the OpenAPI Specification (optional).
A colleague with a security background (e.g. application security, cryptography, or mobile security).

Salary: 80 000 – 120 000 CZK / month (based on experience).
