Hello, we are Datamole: a Czech data and AI company of 100+ people. We develop custom AI, IoT & UI solutions that innovate industrial companies worldwide — in agriculture, machinery or biotech.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Lead.

Your Role:

You will own long-term client partnerships end-to-end — keeping delivery healthy, predictable, and valuable over time. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who can lead, resolve issues, drive delivery, and partly cover Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Account Manager responsibilities depending on the engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage long-term client engagements — owning scope, budget, and delivery quality across the full collaboration lifecycle
Act as the main delivery partner for the client's Product Owner — aligning on priorities, progress, and value
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Development Engineers, and Key Account Managers internally
Step into Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Account Manager responsibilities when the project setup requires it
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
Identify risks early and keep all parties aligned — internally and externally
Prepare status reports, roadmaps, and steering committee materials
Spot opportunities to deliver more value within the ongoing partnership

You Should Have:

At least 5 years of experience in project or delivery management in a tech environment
Experience leading long-term software or data engagements in an Agile environment
Ability to wear multiple hats — comfortable stepping into SM, PO, or AM responsibilities when needed
Strong communication skills — able to speak tech language with developers and translate it into business language for senior stakeholders
Comfort managing budgets, timelines, and delivery metrics over a long horizon
A structured mindset — you like clear processes but know when to be flexible
Business proficiency in Czech and English

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience in software development or data science
Personal interest in the field of AI and ML
Experience with data-heavy applications or cloud architectures
