DTP Operator / Production Designer

Henceforth. is not a typical agency. We are a boutique real estate consultancy and creative studio headquartered in Prague, operating across Europe and the Middle East. We specialize in real estate, hospitality, and luxury sectors, helping ambitious brands and developments move forward through strategy, design, and refined execution.
We are looking for a highly detail oriented DTP Operator / Production Designer who enjoys bringing complex projects to life with precision and care. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design and production. You'll work on high end presentations, brochures, investment materials, brand collateral, and marketing assets where consistency, typography, and craftsmanship matter.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical side of design and takes pride in producing work that is polished down to the last detail.
What You'll Do
- Create, format, and finalize brochures, presentations, reports, marketing materials, and other printed and digital assets
- Prepare files for professional print production and oversee technical quality control
- Maintain exceptional standards of typography, layout, consistency, and visual accuracy
- Adapt existing designs across multiple formats, dimensions, and language versions
- Work closely with graphic designers, strategists, project managers, and leadership
- Coordinate with printers, production suppliers, and external partners
- Manage large volumes of design assets, files, templates, and brand materials
- Support the design team in transforming concepts into production ready deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a DTP, production design, or graphic design role
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of print production, prepress processes, and file preparation
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional approach, reliability, and ownership mentality
- Fluent Czech or Slovak and working English
Nice To Have
- Experience with premium publications, annual reports, books, or luxury marketing materials
- Experience with multilingual publications
- Basic motion design knowledge
- Interest in architecture, real estate, hospitality, branding, and contemporary design

This position is primarily office based. We strongly believe that the best creative work happens through close collaboration, shared energy, and daily interaction. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with the team in person.
- Collaboration is on a freelance basis (IČO)
- Presence in our Prague office 4 to 5 days per week is expected
- We do not offer a remote or predominantly home office arrangement
