Your mission: take the lead.

We're not the biggest name in Czech OTA - yet. That's the whole point. We've got the inventory, the regional muscle (6 countries, 90k+ properties, 2M+ travelers a year), and the appetite to close the gap. What we need is someone to drive the charge.

You'll:

• own Hotely.cz's growth end-to-end

• run a small and focused team

• have the decision power to make real changes that impact the business

If you:

• know you can became an OTA Ninja who knows how travel demand actually converts

• are entrepreneurial - you think in growth, not tasks

• are agile and hands-on, comfortable with ownership, ambiguity and speed

• are hungry to build a leader, not maintain a follower

• treat market share like a personal scoreboard

• speak both Czech and English (“thank you, obvious”)
