Transatlantic Business Development Manager

We are looking for a goal-oriented sales professional to drive our US business. We don’t want a report-writer; we need an active deal-maker who thrives on the move, building client networks across the US while staying closely connected to our Czech tech center.
(open to full-time or part-time)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage sales and marketing activities within the US market.
- Manage the end-to-end lead generation process – from designing and executing cold-calling campaigns to introductory calls and rigorous follow-ups.
- Qualify business opportunities and negotiate commercial terms directly with clients.
- Actively communicate with external partners, manage and expand our international partner network, and ensure regular engagement.
- Maintain active membership in industry alliances and regularly attend international trade shows and professional events.
- Prepare and update localized marketing materials.
What We Expect from You:
- The ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, primarily commuting between the US and the Czech Republic.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in active sales in the field of custom software development.
- Native-level proficiency in English, with fluent Czech or Slovak being a strong plus.
- A proven track record in identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and experience with both direct and partner (channel) sales.
- A technical background or IT-related education is a major plus.
- Experience with automation and utilizing AI tools for marketing and sales, or a strong willingness to learn these technologies.
