Engineering Manager

Vision Systems, a team within DataVision, is looking for an experienced Engineering manager to lead project execution and drive the successful delivery of innovative automation and machine vision solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a hands-on delivery leader with a strong project management background in industrial automation and engineering environments, capable of bridging business requirements with technical execution.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of industrial automation and machine vision projects from planning to successful customer handover.
Take ownership of project quality, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery performance.
Lead and coordinate the Vision Systems team and external partners.
Establish and optimize project delivery and operational processes.
Collaborate with the Sales team on solution proposals, resource planning, and project estimation.
Review technical requirements and ensure successful project execution.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across automation, software, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets, and overall delivery performance.
Support pre-sales activities, including technical specifications, feasibility assessments, and solution design.
Report delivery results to management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar leadership role.
Proven experience delivering projects in industrial automation, machine vision, manufacturing, or related engineering environments.
Strong understanding of automation systems, engineering processes, and project execution.
Technical background with exposure to mechanical engineering and machine design.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
Strong project planning, resource management, and budgeting skills.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach.
Professional working proficiency in English.
