Principal DevOps Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps engineer who can take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, automation, and release processes. You’ll help us build stable, secure, and scalable environments for products used by banks and fintech companies around the world — and play a key role in shaping how we develop, test, deploy, and operate our software.
Who Are We Looking For?
An experienced DevOps engineer with strong ownership of cloud infrastructure, automation, and release processes.
A person who can lead and communicate the technology solution to other DevOps engineers.
A person who can prepare, maintain, and improve reliable cloud infrastructure.
Experience with setting up and improving automation for development, testing, deployment, and release processes.
Ability to own and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure standards, and operational reliability across products.
Strong interest in modern cloud systems, mobile applications, and cybersecurity.
A responsible engineer who believes that great software requires patience, ownership, and passion.
Ability to communicate clearly in Czech and English — write documentation, discuss technical topics, and participate in international video calls.
Good knowledge of our tech stack and ability to quickly learn:
Cloud Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure.
Building: Maven, Gradle, JFrog Artifactory, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Deployment Automation: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
Server Infrastructure: Java, Apache Tomcat, JBoss Wildfly.
Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle DB.
Source Code Management: Git, GitHub.
Documentation: Markdown, Jekyll, GitHub Pages.

Salary: 120 000 – 160 000 CZK / month (based on experience).
