🪴 Provencelia is a European design brand crafting handmade ceramic planters that customers genuinely love. We don't just sell planters – we sell joy. And now we need someone to help deliver that joy through customer support, too.
🚀 We're growing fast, with loads of happy customers across Europe – and honestly, we can't keep up. So we're looking for a proactive full-time teammate to build our customer support to the standard of a real European brand.
💬 What you'll be in charge of: Your number one job is a happy customer. In practice that means:
- answering customer questions (email, chat) ✍️
- talking to customers on the phone 📞
- handling orders, deliveries and minor complaints 📦
- making sure every customer leaves with a smile and wants to come back 😊
🤖 You'll work smart: we use AI tools a lot to make the job easier, so you can focus on what matters most – a happy customer.
🇩🇪 Who we're looking for:We require both Czech and German – German is a must, as we focus heavily on the German market and most customer communication happens in German. We're looking for someone independent, customer-obsessed and action-driven, who loves moving things forward. Your ideas and improvements won't get lost here – we want to hear them. 💡
