Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Segment customer data based on various criteria to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute personalized marketing strategies.
- Plan, create, and execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools to deploy and track the performance of campaigns.
- Provide training to CRM users within the organization.
- Own the documentation related to the campaigns and CRM environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for CRMrelated inquiries and technical support.
- Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour.
- Implement and optimize CRM automation workflows to streamline processes.
- Configure CRM workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other business applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM management.
- Propose and implement enhancements to optimize CRM processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), along with strong data management and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer lifecycle, as well as experience with CRM integration and customization, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing or data-driven marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and a high attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Czech language proficiency (fluent preferred).

- Certification in CRM or related marketing automation platforms is a plus.
