Marketing & Content Specialist - B2B Software

This is a role where you get to do the full range of B2B marketing - not just one narrow slice. Content creation is the heart of the job, but you'll also run campaigns, help organize events, build partnerships, and create sales materials. Meiro is a multi-product B2B platform - Customer Data Infrastructure and Marketing Automation - serving two audiences that matter equally: marketing and growth teams (CMOs, heads of growth, marketing operations) and technical and data teams (CDOs, CIOs, data engineers). You'll market across the full Meiro platform, learning and writing about both sides of the product.
We're growing across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. The product is strong, the team is kind and smart, and there's a lot to build. You'll have real ownership from day one.

☀️ What's waiting for you?
This is an individual contributor role with daily collaboration across product, engineering, growth, and sales.
Content Creation (50%): This is the core of your role. You write blog posts, product explainers, feature announcements, comparison pages, case studies, landing page copy, email sequences, and social content. You'll write for marketing buyers (personalization, activation, campaign orchestration, audience segmentation) and technical buyers (data pipelines, CDPs, event routing, warehouses) - you don't need to be an expert in both from day one, but you're curious and learn fast. If you can also produce short-form video (walkthroughs, reels, demo narration), that's a bonus.
Campaigns, Events, Partnerships & Sales Support (50%): Beyond content, you help plan and run marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. You help organize Meiro's presence at events, webinars, and meetups. You identify co-marketing opportunities with partners in the data and MarTech ecosystem. And you create the materials sales needs - battle cards, one-pagers, case studies. You don't need to be a specialist in all of these, but you're comfortable getting involved and figuring things out.

🎯 The experience & skills you'll bring
- Content is your strongest skill: You write well, you write fast, and you enjoy it. Blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, social content - you can produce across formats without needing a lot of hand-holding. You have a portfolio that shows B2B content work.
- You care about business results: You want your marketing to actually help the sales team close deals. You're not chasing likes or impressions - you think about whether the content you create and the campaigns you run bring the right people to the table. You don't need to be a data analyst, but you like knowing what's working and what's not.
- You're digitally fluent and use AI in your daily work: You work with AI tools (we use Claude) for drafting, research, ideation, and creative production. It's part of how you stay productive and move fast. You can use AI to help build a landing page from concept to live.
- You have B2B marketing experience: 2 - 4 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS or tech company. You've created content, been involved in campaigns, and understand how marketing supports a sales team.
- Region & language: You have experience working with international audiences. Your English is flawless (native/near-native); additional languages are a plus.
