Head of Growth - Armz (Prague)

We're not looking for someone who tweaks campaigns from a dashboard and calls it growth.

We need someone who gets excited about owning a worker acquisition machine end to end, wiring KPIs into every step of the funnel, and pushing past the channels we already run to find where the next wave of hires comes from. Someone who wants live numbers on every euro spent and every lead landed - and will actually build the systems to make that happen. Heads up - this is high volume (60 - 100 of hires per month) with weekly targets that aren't suggestions, and the team is already in place but yours to manage and answer for.

About Armz

Armz is a workforce provider for warehousing - think large-scale fulfillment for global e-commerce players. We move fast, we're growing across Germany and the Czech Republic, and our ability to onboard new clients and serve existing ones depends entirely on how many workers we put on the floor each week. This role owns that number.

What you'll do

  • Own the full worker acquisition funnel from first PPC impression to signed contract
  • Hit weekly hired-lead targets - this is the number that matters, everything else feeds it
  • Run live KPIs and dashboards on every funnel step: leads, CPL, cost per hire, conversion at each stage
  • Manage the acquisition budget - where it goes, what it returns, what gets cut
  • Keep the CRM clean, with every lead tracked, every drop-off accounted for, every cohort measurable
  • Choose, test, and roll out the tools and systems the team runs on
  • Push beyond the current channels into new markets, brand, organic traffic, our own content, in-person events, and partnerships - the current setup is the floor, not the ceiling
  • Lead the team (recruiter, outsourcing manager, external freelancers) and own their output
  • Make the calls when team members aren't performing - coach, restructure, or replace
  • Reach for AI tools and automation rather than headcount to scale

What we're looking for

  • Strong core in either performance marketing at scale or the staffing/recruitment industry - we're flexible on background as long as one of those foundations is real
  • KPI discipline, comfortable setting them, tracking them, defending them
  • Big-picture instinct - you don't just optimize what's there, you see where the next channel is
  • Confident leader, willing to make calls on people
  • Comfortable with AI tools and workflow automation - this is expected, not optional
  • Numbers-first thinker - you can answer "what's our cost per hire this week" without opening a file
  • Russian or Ukrainian mandatory, English/Czech a big plus
