🎯 About Subwai

We are one of the few AI roll-ups in CEE, building something most companies don't dare to touch — an AI-native agency for public funding and public procurement. That means grants and tenders under one roof. As the first company in Europe, we cover the full public funding cycle: from finding opportunities and writing applications and bids, all the way to compliance and reporting — automating 80% of the entire process.

The business is not "sexy" — and that's exactly why it's massive. Billions of euros are left on the table every year because organisations lack the capacity or know-how to capture them. We're changing that.

We have an international team from the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Poland. We're closing our second investment round and our first acquisition, growing fast, and expanding across the EU.

🛠️ What You’ll Work On?

  • ✔️ Actively reaching out to new clients and partners — from first contact to signed contract — in Czechia and internationally.
  • ✔️ Mapping the market, identifying the highest-potential segments, and proposing how to win them.
  • ✔️ Running growth experiments — testing channels, analysing data, and scaling what works.
  • ✔️ Building and developing partnerships with consultants, advisors, and key players in the grants and tenders ecosystem.
  • ✔️ Creating sales materials, case studies, and presentations that convince even the most demanding clients.
  • ✔️ Contributing to pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and expansion into new EU markets.
  • ✔️ You definitely won't be bored — every week is different!

🤹 Who You Are?

  • 💡 You have a commercial mindset — you enjoy persuading, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • ⚡ You're not afraid of rejection and treat it as data, not a personal failure.
  • 📊 You approach growth systematically — you test hypotheses, track numbers, and iterate fast.
  • 🗣️ You can communicate in both Czech and English — in an email and in a client presentation.
  • 🔥 You're proactive, self-driven, and you see things through.

Nice to have: any experience in sales, business development, startups, or B2B client work — ideally in an international environment.
