About the job:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT Recruiter for 20-25 hours per week to strengthen our team in Brno. In this position, you will focus on recruitment for low-code/no-code test automation profiles and help transform testing from a roadblock into a catalyst for innovation in business and technology projects.
What you will do:
Support the end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs
Participate in improving recruitment process
What you bring with you:
Experience:
Experience in recruitment of IT positions
Knowledge of recruitment strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media
Previous experience working in consulting environment is preferred
High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independence and proactiveness.
Languages:
High proficiency in both English and Czech, German is a plus
