CRM Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager who enjoys building and optimizing customer communication across international markets.
You’ll manage CRM campaigns end-to-end in a lean, fast-moving environment where ownership and execution matter.
What you’ll do:
Build and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS, and other channels.
Manage lifecycle communication and automation journeys.
Work hands-on in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Create segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Build and optimize automated customer journeys across CRM channels.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Data, and Compliance teams.
Support product launches and commercial initiatives from a CRM perspective.

Requirements:
4-6 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Bloomreach experience is a strong advantage).
Experience managing CRM campaigns independently end-to-end.
Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle communication.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Very good English communication skills.
