PHP Developer (with DevOps fluency)

We create a product through which users interact with the real world - a mobile app in users’ pockets that opens the lobby turnstiles, TV screens in the lobby, parking navigation screens, and others are all touchpoints we would like you to work on.

About our Stack (we don't lower the bar):

• Applications and data: PHP 8.5 (Laravel 13, Octane, Microservices, Monorepo, PHPStan - level 10), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis (cache, queues), RabbitMQ (messaging)
• DevOps: Git (GitLab) + GitLabCI (pipelines), Docker (Kubernetes, HELM) - AWS EKS (containerized app in pods, microservices)
• Monitoring: Grafana + Prometheus/Cloudwatch
• Logging: Sentry, Kibana (ELK + fluentd)
• Business tools: Slack, G Suite, Jira
• Flow development: Scrum

What we expect:

• You've shipped non-trivial Laravel apps in production
• PHP 8.x patterns are second nature: typed properties, attributes, enums, readonly
• You can read an SQL EXPLAIN plan and tell when an index is missing
• You think in terms of MQ events and idempotence, not just HTTP CRUD
• You use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in your daily workflow and have opinions on where they help / fail
• You're comfortable reading a Helm values file, debugging a Kubernetes pod with kubectl, and tracing a production issue across CloudWatch + Grafana + Sentry
• You enjoy reviewing other people's code as much as writing your own
• You're energized by shipping, not just analyzing
• English and Czech language at a communicative level
